The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and Care Credit.

INSURANCE

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. 

We do accept many Employer-funded plans and PPO plans such as Delta Dental PPO, Metlife PPO and PDP, Guardian PPO, Cigna PPO, Humana PPO, Aetna PPO, GEHA, United Concordia, United, Premera, and Regence.

We currently participate with almost every Medicare plan (over age 65) including most Medicare HMOs.

We do not currently participate with Medicaid or State insurance, example: Apple Health, Provider One, Coordinated Care, Molina, Ambetter, and United through Medicaid. We also do not participate with DeltaCare HMO, Dentegra PPO and HMO, Willamette, or most other self and employer-funded HMOs.
